Membership Terms

Effective Date: March 23, 2025

By becoming a member of Open Fitness Network (OFN), you agree to the following membership terms and conditions. These terms apply to all subscriptions and access to OFN's premium services.

Subscription and Billing

• Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selection.
• You authorize OFN to automatically charge your payment method for each billing period unless you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Access will continue until the end of the current period.

Free Trials

Some memberships may begin with a free trial. You will be notified of the trial duration and subsequent billing amount. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan automatically.

Refunds

OFN does not offer partial refunds. Refunds for first-time purchases may be considered at our discretion if requested within 7 days.

Account Termination

OFN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of our Terms of Use or suspicious activity. Refunds are not guaranteed in the case of termination.
